Fitness regime day5

Yesterday was Liift4, day4: Shoulders.

Also, Core De Force, day3: MMA Speed.

Whole house was home. Workout was tucked in around caring for everyone so it wasn't as full throttle as I tend to go. Effective, but not dripping from every pore.

Having a buddy doing the same was the key motivator in making me move last night. It would have been so easy to take 2 rest days and resume but I didn't want to let my fitness bud down.

I did not double up on Core De Force. I may do that this evening, though, just to keep things tidy. Having said that, today will be my first leg day. I'm interested to see if I'll be walking afterward.

Continuing to log food daily.

On track so far. I think I'll do weekly measurements and monthly pics.
